Through private 1:1, message-based identity coaching — a mix of voice notes and written reflections — we’ll gently explore what’s weighing on you and begin uncovering what lights you up again.

Just a calm corner (via Voxer) where you can share what’s on your mind — and I’ll reply during my working hours with thoughtful reflection and gentle encouragement.

1. You choose your start date
Once you book, I’ll send a short welcome message and a few gentle questions to help us begin.
2. You get your own private space
Inside Clarityflow, you’ll have a private 1:1 conversation room where you can send messages — text, audio or video — whenever it suits you.
No scheduled calls — just calm, flexible connection that fits your life.
3. Weekly prompts to guide your journey
Each week, I’ll send three reflection prompts to help you pause, vent, or explore.
You can reply whenever you’re ready, and I’ll respond during my working hours (Tues, Wed, Fri 9:30–2:30) with thoughtful reflections, insights & encouragement. Think of it as a bit like guided journalling... but with a journal that really hears you and responds with support and encouragement!
4. A natural rhythm
Some weeks you may want to talk or share lots; other weeks may feel quieter — and that’s okay. This space adapts to your energy.
5. At six weeks, we pause + reflect
We’ll look at what’s shifted, what feels lighter, and what feels clearer.
You can choose to continue for another six weeks or simply move forward feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

Hi, I’m Nikki.
Perimenopause hit me harder than I expected — the symptoms and the loss of confidence. I've tried all sorts of things - from HRT and vitamins, to diet and exercise. While so many of those things helped, I realised there was still something missing to help ease my experience - I really needed a safe space to talk and I had limited time and energy to fit it in.
I needed to vent, to be heard, and to know I wasn’t losing my mind. I wanted to remember my worth, grieve the younger me, and feel excited about who I’m becoming and what I'd like to do with the rest of my life.
That’s why I created Vavvoom — a gentle, identity-focused space to help women vent, reflect, and reset…
to feel Valid, Valuable, and Vibrant again.
